This tour was awful. Tour guide was good driver but awful tour guide. No knowledge of even basic facts. I could have given the tour and I had never been there. No explanations, no direction, had to get someone to tell her what basic monuments were to explain it to uspoor elementary explanations - this is the clock tower, I had never noticed it before. would not recommend, get another tour company. Just awful!

Our tour guide Metodiy Garchev was a fantastic tour guide who took the time to explain the history of Bulgaria from ancient times to the current post cold war era. His zeal and passion led us to have a great day and learn a lot from the 8 hours we had with him. I would definitely recommended booking with him and his company P group if you are looking for an in depth history tour of the country He also does the Vitosha Mountains hike and the RIla Monastery as well.
