About this activity
“Sparkling Day Water & Wine“. Meeting in front of the Tourist Information Center in the pedestrian area of the city and departure for thе Rhodope Mountains. After traveling over vineyards and a stop at a distiller of brandy for a "water of life" tasting we enter the Vacha river Valley and its amazing lake. The road goes along the stunning walls of the dam and takes us to one of the unique sources of natural sparkling water in Europe. Tour and tasting of the mineral water. Our lunch - freshwater fish in a quiet oasis on the riverside with beautiful views.
Back in the valley to visit a winery and taste its sparkling wine in the vineyard facing the Rhodope mountains.
Return to Plovdiv in the late afternoon.
