Our family of four was picked up at our hotel in a elegant, comfortable minivan and treated to a wonderful tour to the Amalfi coast and Pompeii. We couldn't have asked for a better guide - Carlo was OUTSTANDING. He was extremely knowledgeable, funny and easygoing, articulate, elegant and charming, and... an EXCELLENT driver along the narrow winding streets. He treated us to a day of great knowledge about geography, history, special insight into Italian culture, people and way of life, and he was so patient as we shopped and ate a wonderful lunch at a table overlooking the beautiful ocean. It was a long day, but worth every minute.
