Stop At: Director Park, 815 SW Park Ave, Portland, OR 97205-3084
Our central meeting location and pick up point! A beautiful, urban park in the middle of Downtown Portland.
Duration: 5 minutes
Pass By: South Park Blocks, Southwest Park Avenue, Portland, OR 97201
We’ll start our tour in in the vehicle, meandering through historic downtown Portland as we make our way to the Park Blocks. This area boasts museums and a collection of performing arts centers among other intricacies. From here, we’ll cross the Willamette River to drive through some of the areas of the east side of Portland.
Pass By: Ladd's Addition, Between Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard and Division Street from 12th to 20th avenues, Portland, OR 97214
Ladd's Addition is the oldest planned neighborhood in Portland and our turnaround point to head back across the river, through downtown, and up to Washington Park.
Pass By: Pioneer Courthouse Square, 701 SW 6th Ave Broadway between Morrison and Yamhill, Portland, OR 97204-1410
On our way through the city to Washington Park, we'll pass by Pioneer Courthouse Square, also known as Portland's Living Room.
Stop At: International Rose Test Garden, 400 SW Kingston Ave, Portland, OR 97205-5883
Our first stop will be at the International Rose Test Garden, earning Portland one of its proud titles as “City of Roses.” As the oldest official continually running public rose test garden in the United States, it features over 650 unique rose varieties across 10,000 bushes. During the winter season, when the rose garden is not at its peak, we will substitute this stop for the Hoyt Arboretum, where we will learn about the trees and plants of the Pacific Northwest!
Duration: 20 minutes
Stop At: Pittock Mansion, 3229 NW Pittock Dr, Portland, OR 97210-5099
Onward to Pittock Mansion for our second stop of the tour. Saved from demolition in 1964, the mansion now resides as a historic house museum with expansive gardens and a manicured lawn. Though we are not able to visit the interior of the mansion itself, our guests will have ample time to explore the exteriors of the mansion's grounds and gardens while enjoying the breathtaking city view.
Duration: 20 minutes
Pass By: Pearl District, 404 NW 10th Ave # LL1, Portland, OR 97209-3184
Once we have finished exploring the grounds of the Pittock Mansion, we’ll pass through more of Portland’s most famous neighborhoods, including Nob Hill and NW 23rd Avenue, the Pearl district (where we will find another Portland landmark: Powell’s Books, the world’s largest independently-owned new and used book store!) and the historic Chinatown district.
Stop At: Lan Su Chinese Garden, 239 NW Everett St, Portland, OR 97209-3957
Our last stop on the tour will be the beautiful Lan Su Chinese Garden, one the most authentic Chinese gardens outside of China! As most of the plants featured are indigenous to China, guests will have the opportunity to view many beautiful species otherwise not seen in the Pacific Northwest as we stroll through the gardens.
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Director Park, 815 SW Park Ave, Portland, OR 97205-3084
We will return back to Director Park for the end of the tour.

We had Aaron for our tour guy and he was awesome. Very easy to understand, interacted with our group of 9 ladies. Stops we made were all beautiful, 3/4 had restrooms you could use and 3 of them had a little gift shop as well. Would for sure recommend.
A morning drive around Portland's neighborhoods and visits to the rose garden and the Chinese gardens. Informative, broader perspective that can't be obtained on walking tours.
Very knowledgeable guide, who gave some great insider hints. A few stops that were just long enough.
Parker was absolutely a tremendous tour guide. He was very knowledgeable!
The tour was excellent.
