Wine & Food Extravaganza

11:00am - Meeting at a Hotel.

11:30am - Arrival at the venue.

The tasting will include 1 glass of sparkling wine, 6 glasses of table white or red wines, 3 glasses of dessert wines, with 6 tapas included.

Commentated tasting of the wines and food.

Answering questions and debating.

Compare the wines to other wines you know and get to know the singularities of Portuguese wine regions.

Get to know about Portuguese food and its unique ingredients. The Chef can also help us understand a litlle bit about it. Porto is especially known for the fish and the codfish...but other ingredients are surprisingly usual in our food culture, like pork.

1:30pm Trip back to the meeting point.
