Stop At: Prague Castle, Hradcany, Prague 11908 Czech Republic
One of the most important attractions of the city, here you could have two options:
1) Enter to the free entrance area, to see the castle and the cathedral (cathedral free area is rather small and if you want to go deeper you need to pay an entrance fee)
2) within the castle there is pay area called "The Golden Lane" which perhaps you have heard mostly because of the small houses where important people (such as Frank Kafka) used to live.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: John Lennon Wall, Velkoprevorske namesti Mala Strana, Prague 11800 Czech Republic
Started back in 1980 with the assassination of John Lennon , back in those days it was venerated like a hero in the countries of the former USSR block, hence people started mostly to decorate the wall with graffiti and phrases from the Beatles songs.

Stop At: Charles Bridge, Karluv Most, Prague 11000 Czech Republic
Also known as Charles Bridge, is the oldest bridge over the Vltava River, and one of the oldest in Europe. Dating back to 13th Century originally requested by Charles IV (the most important King in Czech history).
Be aware that among the statues there is one in particular, where you will see people making a line to touch a golden plate (where there is a figure of a Dog). The legend says that if you want to come back to Prague, so you better dont forget to touch it.
Duration: 25 minutes

Stop At: Jewish Museum in Prague, U Stare Skoly 141/1, Prague 110 00 Czech Republic
Back in the second World War, Hitler wanted to keep a little circus of the Jewish culture, and he selected Prague as the host.
This area, keeps everything that the Jewish might have needed (Their cementery, their sinagoge, etc..) . Its really sad but at the same time a little piece of history that is worth admiring.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Old Town Hall with Astronomical Clock, StaromEstske NamEsti 1/3, Prague 110 00 Czech Republic
The center of the city, this is by far of the most impressive places you will find here.
You will be surrounded by the Old City town hall, the astronomical clock and the no less impressive Gothic Church of Our Lady before Týn.
As a tip, try to be around the "o clock" time, to see the little show that happens around the astronomical clock.
Duration: 30 minutes

It used to be the old entrance to the city, centuries ago. Dating from XV Century, it is still as impressive as it was over 500 years ago.
Stop At: Wenceslas Monument, Vaclavske namesti, Prague Czech Republic
With the National Museum on the back, its a really nice place for a picture, to take some nice hot wine (in Christmas) or to simply just admire the place itself.
This plaza its really famous, because most of major events (speech of Ronald Reagan upon the Velvet Revolution, Invasion of the USSR army, etc..) took place.
