Our guide named V was great - informative, lively, funny, managed pace very well.
Lots to learn and really great guide who knew his stuff.
I booked this tour on line and everything went according to plan. Our guide was amazing I think his name was Nicholas - or the Czech equivalent of that name. He came equipped with a microphone which helped us to hear him. He was very informative, knowledgeable and amusing. For the price I paid for the tour, I felt I got great value for money. As promised, we were driven by minivan close to the castle which took the hard work out of the walk up there. Nick had an iPad and showed us lots of photos and short videos to explain or demonstrate his information. He told us lots of amusing stories both about the past and the present and overall, was a truly outstanding guide. The only reason I didn't give the trip five stars was because the tour stopped at the beginning of the Charles Bridge on the Castle side and I would have loved to have heard stories about the bridge from Nick. That's me being greedy because he definitely gave us his all during his time with us.
Guide was good. Tour was good. Tended to run a little long.
