Sightseeing tour with Craft museum and Prague Castle

What You Can Expect 

Meet with guide at your hotel and get ready for 4-hour trip through czech traditions and history.

We will start with small ride around the city and visit the most significant observation point (like Hanavský Pavilion) and explore the cityscape.

Next, we will pay a visit to gallery of Czech craft and jewelry, where you will be able to enjoy seeing creations of local artisans and taste Moravian wine. After that, you can get some coffee or buy souvenirs and then we will move to one of the oldest Premonstratensian abbey in Czech Republic - Strahov monastery (12th-century) and hear about his history, its library and famous brewery.

From Strahov we will continue on foot to the nearby Castle District (Hradčany),where you will discover largest concentration of medieval nobleman palaces like Chernin Palace, Schwarzenberg Palace and Archbishop Palace. Then we will head into the Prague Castle complex of Churches, goverment facilities and royal treasury.

Walk through the courtyards and see the architectural ensemble, including the Royal Palace, St. George’s Basilica and St. Vitus Cathedral -pearl of central European gothic.

Your tour finished at the Mala Strana - district former medieval town which kept his barokko charm and hundreds small restaurants. Alternatively, feel free to continue with your guide to the Charles Bridge and John Lennon Wall, one of the key protest site in Soviet period of Czech history.
