Body boarding

you will start on easy and funny version - bodyboarding.

Lie on knee position. You are starting from uper line of wave. With a small jump in.

You riding, and turning left/right with your elbows.

StandUp Surfing

it is real sport, with trainer - witch will support you with method "taxi driving".

They help you to find a way - to learn it in on lesson.

You are starting from down part of wave, and first thing to learn to stan on place.

After left/right and, up and down on whole long of wave.

The lesson is:

15 minutes bodyboarding

30 minutes surfing

15 minutes bodyboarding

all the time are in wave 2 people (left/right) side and 2 trainers.
