The Best of Prague Sightseeing Tour

The guide makes the tour and Martin was excellent. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The tour was comprehensive. The lunch was delicious. My only complaint might be the amount of walking, but we had our lunch break in between so that made it ok.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable but was not the most coherent. I would be trying to take pictures and the next thing I know, she was down the street and I had to run to catch up to her. She was a little disorganized but knew all about Prague.

We have enjoyed many tours with Viator in the past. Unfortunately, we were disappointed this time. We were ready to be picked up at the hotel at 10.00 am as advised but we were waiting for rep to arrive. When Hotel reception contacted representative, we were ask to report at different place. Fortunately, It was nearby otherwise we would have missed the tour. We requested English speaking Guide but got mixed up with a French speaking guide. He was bad tempered with poor communicative skills. The Castle was crowded with people. The Guide had no Sign in his hand to follow. We could not hear his commentary ( Audio equipment could have been very appropriate- like our cruise tours). When tour ended, we had no proper directions to go back to the hotel. Hope these comments would help to improve the services.

Whilst the sites chosen were impressive , the guide showed little interest in enriching the experience through stories.

Very extremely general overview of Prague. You don't even get to go in the places of interest, just walking around them. Guide was so lifeless and dull. She introduced herself to us in the bus without even looking at us. Just sat down with her back facing us and talking ahead. You would at least think she would bother turning to look at us when introducing herself but nope, that was too much to ask. Very impersonal, distant and boring. A lot of walking definitely but that's expected. They said a minivan but it was actually a bus and there were a lot of us in the group. I would say no, don't bother doing this tour. Not worth the price.

So much to see! Well organised and efficient. There is quite a bit of walking involved and hope you are lucky and get better weather than I did. The guide was very good and was able to overcome all these problems.

Guide was very knowledgable and moved at an appropriate pace. Lunch was nice and gave time for participants to rest a bit and enjoy each other. Cruise was also informative, snack at right time. Would do it again, but would like to end it back at pickup hotel, a bit confusing for short term visitors to get back on own.

Great tour, great guide. I took this tour first to get oriented to Prague before I did anything else and was glad I did. If you only do one tour in Prague, do this one.
