Traditional Czech Recipes Following Grandma Recipes

We will meet in Karlín, one of the most expanding Prague districts. Depending on the time of the year we float by boat to Holešovice and visit the phenomenal Prague Marketplace, the largest market place with fruit and vegetables in Prague. We do the shopping for a joint cooking, taste local and foreign specialties and head back to Karlin. Or if skipping the boat trip and the market, we walk and shop together in Karlin in local markets.

Afterwards we will head to Good Food Atelier where we will cook, eat, drink and have fun together. We prepare and cook 3 basic traditional Czech dishes - soup, main course and dessert.

The selection of a menu depends on season and group preferences. We make the decision together when we meet but we offer some of the following recipes.

We will first shop together at the local food market and have a short walk in Karlin district. I will welcome you in our Good Food Atelier, a private cooking and dining space located in 400-year-old building.

• roasted duck - Svíčková (traditional vegetable cream sauce), goulash, rabbit, Spanish bird (stuffed beef roll)
