This was a tour that I was really looking forward to. it is a three hour walking tour so make sure you wear comfortable shoes. We met our guide - and unfortunately I don't remember her name - at the meeting point at the designated time. Everyone was on time. Our guide was a woman who was quite knowledgeable but a few of us found her to be very abrupt. We were disappointed in her - she walked ahead of the group sometimes and spoke to some people out of earshot of others. She also snapped at a few of us if we were commenting amongst ourselves and even asked if we wanted to be part of the tour or on our own. We found this to be very inappropriate - we were not distracting anyone by a comment here and there amongst ourselves. She seemed very impatient. The synagogue is beautiful and the cemetery quite somber. The museum is also very interesting. Make sure you book a tour through Viator that includes the entrance fee for the museum as well as the Synagogue and Cemetery. We were glad to go on the tour, took some good photos, but we were not happy with the guide. A bit disappointed. Our tour was July 14, 2017. I would research it with Viator and find out who the guide was and make sure you get someone else. Sorry - not like me to criticize but flew a long way and was somewhat disappointed because of her. The rest of it was great - not to be missed.
Excellent driver and great visit to the wineries.
