Classification for Adult and Child ticket is based on height: Adult ticket: Anyone above 4 feet 6 inches Child ticket: Anyone between 3 feet 3 inches and above 4 feet 6 inches
Any valid government-issued ID photo proof required. In case of children, copy of birth certificate or school admission / identity card.
Park and ride timings are subject to change. Please check the specific ride operations timings at the Park.
Kids can go only for the following rides: Royal Castle, Fungama, Rain Dance ( Disco H2O), Wave pool (with parents/ guardian), Lazy River (with parents / guardian)
Not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair
First aid & medical help will be provided at Medical Centre inside the park.
There are various eating joints inside the Water Park and offer a range of dishes - though only vegetarian food is served
Apart from infants and expecting mothers, guests are not allowed to bring outside food and beverages into the park
Once you exit either the Theme Park, you cannot enter again on the same ticket
Some rides are subject to favorable weather conditions
The Theme Park is open and functional all year round. Though, the park may keep some of the outdoor rides non-operational for safety purposes during monsoons or harsh / inclement weather
Photography is allowed inside the park. However, photography should be limited to one’s own family / group. No commercial photography is allowed.
Lockers are available on Rent (Rent: INR 150, Refundable deposit INR 100) - as on December 2017. Valuables will be the responsibility of guests. Guests are advised to travel valuable-free or with minimum valuables. Valuables like jewelry are not permitted on any slide or attraction even on guests’ responsibility.
Nylon or lycra swimwear is mandatory. Cotton clothes are not advisable.
Costumes are available inside on rental basis along-with refundable deposit. The deposit for one (01) set of costume is Rs.100/- And the rent is Rs.150/- (as on December 2017)
Clothing for Men - V-cut , U-trunk swimwear NOT allowed - Beach shorts / Jammers (long swimwear) / Tights allowed (in polyester / nylon) ONLY
Clothing for Women: - Salwar Kameez / Sarees strictly not allowed - Swim wear/ Tights & Tees allowed (In polyester / nylon based fabrics)
Clothing for Kids: - Swim wear / Beach wear in polyester / nylon allowed
Visitor’s own floatation devices for our toddlers are permitted.
Arm floats, inflatable tubes for children can be purchased in the Park.
There are separate changing facilities for men and women
The park management provides life jackets for relevant rides
There are certified lifeguards for all of attractions. All lifeguards undergo rigorous training. In addition, first aid station is staffed with emergency medical technicians.
Guests need to abide by height and weight restrictions, which varies from ride-to-ride
All bags, backpacks & personal items will be inspected prior to entering the parks
Picnic lunches, large duffle bags, suitcases, coolers, bags with wheels, weapons, outside food & beverages, alcohol, illegal drugs strictly not allowed within premises.
The park management shall not owe any responsibility for lost valuables, mishap or any other damages.
The park follows the safety norms as per international standards. All the rides have been inspected by Whitewater West Industries from Canada to ensure your safety.
All the rides are upto the extent possible are being kept fully operational. However sometimes it may happen that due to technical reasons certain rides may be non-operational and the management does not owe any liability towards it and is not answerable for such situations
The weather is reasonably Hot during summers. One needs to be adequately prepared for the torrential rain, especially during monsoons (June to September)
Currently there is no Wi-Fi facility. However special arrangements have been made for mobile connectivity
Vehicle parking facility is available at the venue, and it is free of charge for park's visitors
