The tour consists of 8 lines with a double steel cable ranging from 295 feet in length to 4265 feet for a total of 9842 feet of ziplines.

For the staff, the most important factor is the safety of all guests. Take care that all equipment used from the cable, hardware, harnesses, pulleys and helmets are certified by institutions of broad international recognition. Each piece of equipment has a number of certifications and specific resistance in terms of weight limit. Rest assured that the facility has obtained all proper insurance and certifications. The zipline staff has a high level of international security training and has taken a lengthy training course.

We had an awesome travel guide Jean on our bus ride who was funny and informative. We learned a lot about Dominican Republic along the way. Everything was organized, safe, clean and a ton of fun! Bravo Canopy! We'll be back -- it's well worth the money.

This was a great zipline tour. Our guide Julio was fantastic as he kept us entertained on the way to and from our hotel. He gave us plenty of information on the culture and daily life in the Dominican. The ziplines were fun and all of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The bus picked us up at our hotel right on time .
