The actual speed boat experience was fun, but the overall experience including hotel pickup lowered my evaluation. The hotel pick up was terrible. The driver spoke very little English and kept telling us we were not on his bus. We had to coordinate with someone in the main office to finally get him to let us on the bus. This held up about 18 people for nearly 20 minutes, while he was waiting for us. The staff were far too pushy with buying photographs. Fortunately for us the photographer went with the catamaran group, so we didn't have any pictures, but they still pushed and we had to keep saying they didn't take our pictures.
