i really enjoyed this tour. Guide Pablo was excellent, a wealth of local knowledge. It was far more than culinary and cooking. Pablo gave me an insight in Educadors history, past and present. Cooking lunch with a local lady in her own kitchen was very special. Gracias Pablo, for a great day out.
