Stop At: Kerid Crater, Route 35, Selfoss Iceland
Kerið is a volcanic crater lake. You can have a walk around the ridges or even go down and touch the gleaming surface of the water.
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Strokkur, Haukadalsvegur, Geysir Iceland
At Geysir, you will witness an eruption of hot water going almost 20 or so meters up into the air. The whole area is a geological wonder covered in steam coming from the geothermal activity - an experience you will never forget!
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Gullfoss, White River, Blaskogabyggd 801 Iceland
When visiting the Gullfoss waterfall you will be stunned by the scale of this famous waterfall. Many cascades of fast pacing water dropping down to a canyon while producing amazing rainbows (with the right weather) is just a jaw-dropping experience! This is also a great place for lunch and for shopping. We can recommend the traditional Icelandic soup (there is always an option without meat): it will keep you full and warm for the rest of the day.
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Thingvellir National Park, Thingvellir Iceland
This is the oldest working parliament in the world. There you will walk on old battlegrounds where the Vikings fought among each other in countless battles. Þingvellir is also a place where 2 continents meet. Imagine yourself strolling through a canyon which walls are made from 2 tectonic plates: European and American. A truly remarkable experience!
Duration: 45 minutes

This was an excellent tour. The minibus was comfortable and our driver/guide Antanas was knowledgeable and took us to locations you dont always see on such tours. We saw hot houses growing tomatoes and strawberries separate ones and the scenery was breathtaking. Highly recommended!
I am so glad that I went for this minibus tour and not the larger bus tour - it was absolutely amazing. We were a family of 6, 2 pensioners and 2 children, there were also 2 other couples on the tour - and there was something for everyone. The tour guide, Tomas, took us to the main sites but also fitted in extras especially for the kids like going to pat some iceland ponies and also to see some new born calfs and have homemade icecream at the dairy. There was a degree of flexibility too of how long we stopped at places and there was plenty of opportunity to get food and use the facilities. The star of the show was undoubtedly Tomas who regailed us with stories about growing up in Iceland as well as interesting facts about the sights. The minibus was lovely and comfortable and combined with Tomas's stories in his lovely icelandic lilt, the 8 hour trip passed by very quickly and enjoyably.
This tour was amazing!
Our guide, Hawks, was wonderful-he was informative and adapted the tour to our interests. I would highly recommend taking this minibus tour.
Excellent trip, van groups are much better than the Big Buss, was very impressed with our driver---he was an Icelander, intelligent, spoke perfect english, and took us to at least 6 sights that weren't on the advertised trip. This young man was in no hurry, gave us as much time to Look as we wanted, the only criteria was to get us back to the ship before sailing. We had a bonus sight that even excited our driver---a sheep roundup, estimated to be 3000, herded across the highway in front of us, that held up traffic for near an hour! The sight included all the herders, horses, dogs, 4-wheelers, and trucks--with the sheep bellering all the way. Iceland is a unique and wonderful place.
