The tour was wonderful! The sites were breathtaking and we were able to take our time and enjoy each place. It was relaxing being in a small group and the guide was great! Loved his stories and humor.
Lovely tour, kind of off-roady in style, but really cool. Lots of great views and such. The driver was awesome, telling us many jokes and local stories. The reason this tour takes 11-12 hours is the distance to the north-western peninsula around 2.5h drive. In itself, the tour is not hard on the legs there isn't much walking involved and there are is no rush in neither location. Would definitely recommend!
Great service. Wonderful tour.
This was a great excursion. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and informative. It was great to see another part of Iceland! Highly recommended!
The Snaefellsnes tour was pretty good! Our guide was very knowledgeable and pointed out a lot of interesting things along the way, although he did slip in a couple racist comments when we asked him some questions one-on-one. I'm not sure if it's a culture/language barrier, but it was uncomfortable. The tour itself would've been better if the weather had been better. We couldn't see the Snaefellsjokull glacier because it was pretty cloudy and rainy, and I would've preferred longer stops, but we still learned a lot and got to see quite a bit of the peninsula. Be wary of seal poo at the golden beach.
It was great in every way weather and tour/driver he was very professional and informative, a good international group of people made the whole experience very pleasurable.
