South Coast Photography Private Day Tour
1 day
Private
About this activity
Focus of the photography day tour is landscape, composition, long exposure, usage of filter.
We start the photography tour at Reynisfjara, where we would set our tripods on this beautiful black beach to shoot not only the basalt rock columns, sea stacks but also dramatic waves.
We would then move on to Dyrholaey where we would get a different aspect of the beach from the cliff.
As we continue to head west, we will stop by Skogafoss, which is one of the biggest waterfalls in Iceland. Measures around 60m in drop, it boasts a width of 25m. On sunny days it’s possible to see rainbow through the spray created by the waterfall.
Our last stop before we head back to Reykjavik is Seljalandsfoss, just over 60m surrounded by beautiful cliffs and slopes. There is a footpath behind the waterfall where depending on road conditions we can actually take a walk behind the waterfall for a different view.
