Stop At: Solheimajokull Glacier, Vik Iceland

Continue towards the glacier, for an action-packed hourlong snowmobile tour. We take a tricked-out glacier truck part of the way up the icecap of Mýrdalsjökull. Mýrdalsjökull is a large glacier, and underneath the ice is the notorious volcano Katla. We drive our snowmobiles the rest of the way to the summit, for some eye-popping views and unforgettable photographs. This is a great tour for those looking for a sensational way to see the country: driving a snowmobile on top of a glacier on top of a volcano.

On the way back we will stop at Seljalandsfoss, one of the South Coast's most prominent waterfalls. Walking behind the waterfall and feeling the mist from the cascading water on your skin is a perfect ending to this South Coast adventure, before returning to Reykjavik in the evening.

this was a great trip, even though there was a crash and small amount of damage, after a long dispute no charges were taken. Views were great. very cold very windy!
