Hotel pick-up was delayed. Turns out you need a printed voucher, even though here it says an e-voucher is fine. You also have to pay 15€ per person on port taxes. Morning part of the tour is just spent in fur and gold shops (like malls!). You're better off just buying the ferry tickets yourself.
