Itinerary
Practicing Yoga on the beach is the best way to start or end your day in Rio de Janeiro. Connecting all my passion I offer Yoga classes on the beach of the region of Arpoador and Ipanema. It is an incredible opportunity to connect with yourself, with nature and know a different place.
Classes will be offered at:
- Devil's Beach: 7:00 a.m.
- Beach of Ipanema (station 10): 8:30 and 17:30
- Leblon: 8 p.m.
. After class, I can show and explain about the place and have beautiful photos to remember that special moment.
After all the experiences I collect 3 pieces of garbage that I encounter in the sand collaborating with the preservation of ocean and marine life and I invite you to do the same, only if you feel comfortable with this action.
