Roma was a great tour guide. He was knowledgeable, polite and caring. The selection of sites to visit were perfect. The driver was careful and efficient. Only one item was less than perfect: the lunch was only fair. The food was fair, but not great.
The guide was good but he had to tell the history in 3 languages so it was rushed. And then we picked up some people later in the tour which felt like it was just to make more money; van was crowded and everything took longer. But the real fun was when we were stuck in the van for TWO and A HALF hours because of all the folks getting dropped off and going back to pick up the later people from Sugar Loaf. TORTURE - we were tired, hungry and some of us really had to use a bathroom.
Tour guide Vincentia was amazing, very knowledgeable and really loves Rio, pickup was on time, nice small group. As a first timer to Rio we found our driver Marcio was amazing getting around the streets. Had plenty of time at all our stops. Our lunch stop was good, tried things I never tried before.
Great tour, bus a bit crowded but took us to interesting places that otherwise we would have had difficulty getting to. The Guide was very good as was the Driver. Enjoyable tour.
