Rio Scenarium show and Dinner

I have done many tours in other countries with Viatour with good results but this one is an extreme disappointment. Viatour must remove this from its offering.First, a guide was supposed to pick us up from our apartment building at 7:00 PM, we have to call the local contact because the guide did not arrive finally arrived at 8:30 PM. This tour includes Dinner at Churrascaria a typical all-you-can-eat Brazilian restaurant Skip the line and Entrance fee Professional guide. The ad further stated: Meet your guide at your hotel /residence in the Rio de Janeiros south zone and then set off on to your churrascaria a typical Brazilian restaurant and get ready for the impressive parade of all-you-can-eat meat-borne on sizzling skewers by skilled waiters. This traditional Brazilian style of service keeps the food coming until you say stop by turning your table card to red. The local contact sent an Uber driver, not a professional guide, who picked us up at our apartment building and dropped us off at this nasty Chuscarria restaurant that Rio has to offer my friends one is a local Brasileira and I will not eat at this place on our worst day. There is absolutely no parade of meat on skewers because you have to go to the window to pick up pitiful looking pieces of meat tough and poorly seasoned we didn't eat 80 of it and we only went to get one serving. The Uber driver, NOT a professional guide, picked us up at this nasty restaurant and took us to RioScenario, dropped us off at the roadside and showed us where to go. When we got there, there was a big line to the door, so our Braseiliera friend approached the doorman and explained that we were supposed to go right inside and escape the line, she showed the doorman out Viatour Voucher and the doorman just laughed at her and told us to get on the back of the line. There was no show when we got there, it was just a regular club with live music. For Viatour to charge US75.00 per person is just plain fraud. The entrance fee to RioScenarium on February 11 is R65, the restaurant is R29.99, so that's amount to US30.00. Viatour should be very ashamed for such fraudulent offering and I will be filing a complaint to the BBB.

Scenarium was a little too full of tourist so . There are much better smaller clubs we have found like Carioca da Gema, which was superb. We were let down pretty badly by the tour guide not being interested but the company running this tour acted swiftly to give us a reasonable partial refund.
