Meet us in Cachaca Social club to start the tour with a cachaca, a sugarcane liquor made in Brazil, experience. We will show you how cachaça is produced and you will get to try (for free!) craft cachaça.

Every weekend the streets of Lapa get full of out-goers. We will check out the famous street party close by the famous landmark Arcos da Lapa. The drinking game is played on this stop, to guarantee everybody gets relaxed until the next stop!

We had a blast with our group....was a little nervous about going out in Lapa, but glad we booked this trip. The tour was very informal and the class was not much of anything, but still a great way to meet other travelers and see a cool part of the city we otherwise would have missed.

Absolutely awful. I'm not sure who the 'clown', or rather, the kid was that ran the tour but he suffered from a lack of everything. Had no control over the group, was not informative and did guide us particularly well. The tour had three stops. The first was the meeting spot in Lapa, the second was via a few caiparinha stands and the third was a lame club where nobody really knew what was going on. Everyone entered and then the group disappeared, including the guide. Don't waste your money here, just go to Lapa yourself and discover the bars yourself.

Everything started off well. But then when we got to the second bar, and were trying to leave the bouncers would not let us out because they claim they gave us a paper when we entered and without it we can't leave. We tried to explain that we did not get a paper we came in as a group. They physically refused our exit, despite repeatedly saying that we will pay whatever they want, we just want to leave. This was at the Sacriligio bar, left a very sour taste in our mouths.

The hosts were extremely friendly and I felt safe the entire time. It was also a great way to meet other travelers as well. For the price it was definitely worth it
