My husband and I participated in this pasta making class led by Vincenzo on our last night in Rome. IT WAS AWESOME. We started with some prosecco and then quickly got to work learning how to make pasta by hand. Vincenzo was very thorough and helpful, and we definitely learned how to make our own pasta! Afterwards, our noodles were cooked in whatever sauce we picked (about 3 choices). We had about a 4 course meal plus drinks and espresso or limoncello (all included). This class/experience is well worth it!
Very fun experience with our family and at a fair price. It got started a little late but the Chef gave us great attention during the class.
we really enjoy the pasta making class. The entire meal was enjoyable, loved the restaurant etc. In the future, would like to also learn how to make the sauce, so the dish would be complete.
There were only 3 of us and it was very difficult to find the location we were suppose to meet up with the chef. Not knowing the area, the location was not what I expected. Once we met the chef, the class was fun. Food was very good. Good deal for the money.
This was also excellent - Loved the teacher. She was so informative and had everyone engaged in the activity. We thoroughly enjoyed. Our pasta was great and salad was awesome. The meal they gave after was just ok. I don't like veal so I would not eat it. Wish they asked what food people like. (dietary issues) Give a vegetarian option.
We had a great time learning to make 2 kinds of Pasta and then enjoying eating the pasta in a 3 course meal. My only complaint is that we were suppose to get a picture and recipes but we haven't gotten them yet.
We had a great time making pasta from scratch! The instructor was helpful and funny. I highly recommend this adventure.
