From the timeless bonds of the Golden Age, to the 90s arcade kings, up to the Assassin's Creed special area, visitors can experience firsthand the titles that have made the history of games and the great modern series in more than 55 interactive stations.From Year Zero video game virtual reality: only at VIGAMUS in the oculus room, the only permanent room in the world dedicated to the revolutionary Oculus Rift device, visitors can experience the thrill of wearing the visor, discovering what it means to immerse themselves in the virtual world of its favorite video games.
From Legend to reality: with reperts symbol of the video game crysis: VIGAMUS, the Video Game Museum of Rome, was the first institution in the world to receive from the City of Alamogordo the legendary Atari cartridges unearthed from the desert of New Mexico.
The exhibition E.T. The Fall. Atari's Buried Treasures allows visitors to discover one of the most fascinating legends ever known in the history of video games, among the objects found in the excavations of the desert of New Mexico, donated to the Italian Video Game museum in world preview.Thanks to the permanent exhibition and a series of temporary exhibitions and installations, VIGAMUS tells the evolution of an amazing and wonderful world as that of video games, in an accessible way for those who approach it for the first time, and a exciting one for those who already love it. The structure is located in via Sabotino 4, and is easily accessible via the Metro A (Battistini direction) stop Lepanto.
