What a wonderful tour guide, lots of information, learned a lot about Hadrian's Villa/life etc...
The sights were magnificent. Tour bus was comfortable but P.A system was not easy to hear. Our group's English speaking guide was not comfortable with his material, hesitant and too soft spoken for this role.
Tour guide was not professional!
The tour was very nice, but actually we should have had ear-phones to hear much better the explanations.
We called the tour company that morning and told them we were on our way. We called back a second time and told them we would be there but we were having trouble finding the address. We arrived four minutes late and we were told the tour had left. We asked why since they knew we had signed up and we had called. No one tried to call us to find out where we were. They could not wait four minutes when they knew we were coming? We did another one of their tours. The woman checked her list three times to make sure everyone was there and the tour left 15 minutes late. They offered us another tour that they said was more expensive. We took it but it was actually much less expensive than the one we had signed up for. I would recommend finding another company.
