Tasting is offered in a traditional Enoteca (Wine Bar) located in the heart of Rome close to the Coliseum. With the wooden booths and a wide antique shop counter this longtime wine bar is an authentic spot. Enoteca Cavour 313 shelves are lined with carefully selected bottles produced by prestigious and emerging wineries. An inviting selection of regional cheeses, premium salami and high-quality ham complement the wines of successful Lazio wineries. Customer will learn how to drink and taste the wine, the differences between colors and perfumes, accompanied by introduction about the area where the wines are produced and the winemaking precess.
