Stop At: HaparandaTornio Bus Station, Krannigatan 5, 953 31 Haparanda, Sweden
Prepare yourself for an exciting journey to the Finnish-Swedish border region. Upon arrival, you will be served a glass of champagne and light snacks in the bar made of pure Lappish ice and snow.
After enjoying the drink in a cold and cosy place, you will be taken to the seaside bar with a spectacular river view. Santa’s little helpers will be waiting for you there. Also, the little guests will have an opportunity to join an Elf’s school and become Santa’s helpers for real. As it is a real school, the kids will be rewarded with memorable certificates!
Meet the most welcomed guest at the New Year’s Eve – Santa Claus with a huge bag of toys and presents for everyone. You will then become a part of the open-air celebration and will get a chance to celebrate the last minutes of the year in a unique way. Children and their parents can try tobogganing, mini snowmobiles and other outdoor activities.
An essential part of the Finnish New Year's Eve festivities are the numerous fireworks at midnight. As you'll be on the border of the two countries with different time zones, you'll get to see fireworks twice!
