Enjoy a luxurious experience of St. Petersburg during a comprehensive 2-day private tour in the remarkable Russian city

Day 1

8 am Meeting with your guide at lobby of your centrally located hotel/port terminal.

8 30 -Have a 1 hour BOAT RIDE sightseeing to see the main city attractions from the waterside and enjoy its architecture.

Have a CITY TOUR where you will see the major sites and historical attractions of St. Petersburg old center. In the middle of the day you will have free time for lunch in one of the local cafes . Lunch (own expense).

The tour includes inside visits of:

the Church of the Savior on SPILLED BLOOD-a superb example of Russian architecture and monumental and decorative art.

The HERMITAGE MUSEUM-the world famous museum of European Art and exclusive royal interiors

FABERGE MUSEUM -exclusive collection of Royal jewelry and marvelous interiors

5 -6 am Return to your ship /centrally located hotel

Day 2: PUSHKIN-PETERHOF

8 am Meeting with your guide at the port terminal / lobby of your centrally located hotel.

Drive to PUSHKIN, the former summer home of the Romanov tsars, located some 20 km south-east of St Petersburg.

Visit splendid CATHERINE PALACE to stroll down its breathtaking golden sweet of rooms and to visit the famous AMBER ROOM. After the guided tour in the stunning palace you will be offered to have a walk in Catherine Park.

Enjoy free time in Pushkin in the delightful, small town of Pushkin. Lunch (own expense).

Drive to PETERHOF , beloved summer residence of the founder of St Petersburg, Peter the Great. Visit Peterhof Fountain Park accurately referred to as the ‘Russian Versailles” which is included into the list of number one tourist attractions. Stroll through the lower park to be impressed by its gorgeous fountains.

Return to St Petersburg and take the METRO (subway system) to see palace like stations .

5 am Return to your ship.

Over two day tour of St. Petersburg was fantastic. Our guide Marina and driver Andre were excellent and thanked us for bringing 2 days of warm/sunny days. Marina's knowledge and assistance was above and beyond our expectations.She knows the city and our group of 6 avoided the crowds at most of the sites even with the World Cup adding more tourists. If you want the best and unforgettable experience of St. Petersburg ask for Marina and Andre, AAA++++++
