We were a group of 5 adults that visited St. Petersburg for the first time. When we arrived we were informed that the tour included no transportation. We were given 2 options: to walk everywhere or take public transportation at our own costs. As there were many things we wanted to see in St. Petersburg during our trip, this was a major disappointment. The listing lists “free WiFi on board” which they claim is the WiFi that can be used in the city at public cafes etc. After many long discussions with several different people we ended up paying an additional $200 USD for a transport for the day. We were also given an escort assistant rather than tour guide. She was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately not properly trained expert on the city of St. Petersburg. She was able to know the basics and help with and cultural questions, but not deep knowledge you can expect from a professional “guided tour” as listed in the tour description.
