Russian Ballet Class in St Petersburg

The ballet class is designed for those who want to become proficient in ballet and has practised this art of dancing before. The coach doesn’t train absolute beginners – nevertheless, if you are willing to get acquainted with the Russian ballerina and learn more about her outstanding career you are welcome to come to her place for tea and exciting conversations (please see the activity named ‘Afternoon Tea with a Russian Ballet Dancer’).

For the class you will be provided with the English-speaking tour escort (other languages are available on request) who meets you at the appointed place and time and accompanies you to the apartment where your ballet couch lives (you may select the option with roundtrip transfer to ensure your personal comfort). Feel at ease to learn more about the hostess who is going to show you around her place briefly and provide you with ballet costumes if necessary (available upon request).

Start your 1 hour ballet class under the guidance of the ballet master. The exact details of the class should be discussed in advance, as they would depend on your experience and personal preferences. Please note that the Russian ballet school is quite demanding and well developed, on this reason it is important to know your level for the couch to get prepared accordingly. It is possible to capture your freshly acquired ballet techniques on camera for you to enhance them in the future (included in the price). The time of the activity is flexible (depending on the hostess’ schedule) and might be incorporated into your day tours.

The class duration is approximately 1-1,5 hours. Afterwards get ready to sum up your experience and pose for a photo with your coach and guide to remember this once-in-a-lifetime event.
