This tour was conducted by Ludmila tours who happen to be one of the famous tour operators in St. Petersburg. Communication was great and a person had come to pick us up on time at our apartment on the day of the tour. The tour had a very small group as we were less than 10 people. The vehicle was a comfortable Mercedes Mini Van and driver Sergiev was very good and helpful. Tour guide Masha spoke good English and had abundant knowledge about the vast History of all places we went to. While everything was good it just felt that there was too much information about history and it got a bit difficult to understand by the end of the tour. We note that tour companies need to maintain time however as tourists we wanted a little time to take pictures and see the places but at times it felt too rushed as we just walked by some parts of the parks, palaces. Overall for the cost, it was a great tour and well organized. It covered most of the important points if interests at St. Petersburg.
