This tour begins at 11 pm.We took a 90minute drive through the uncrowded streets of St Petersburg to see the beautiful buildings from another perspective (beautifully lit and uncrowded). The magic began at 12:30 am when we boarded a river boat on The Neva to watch the bridges raise. During the summer months this allows traffic to pass up and downstream between 1 and 5 am. Our guide and driver were gracious, accommodating and filled with information and trivia we did not hear before. Thie was the BEST thing we did in St Petersburg.
