This Italian cooking class is for food lovers who would like to learn the secrets of preparing traditional Italian dishes eaten all over the world today. From typical much-loved Italian classics to mouth-watering mediterranean favorites, you will learn to cook like a local in the cozy kitchen of your instructor, Carmen. During the course, you will use only the freshest, most seasonal fruits, vegetables, meats and seafood. The recipes will be introduced and prepared by Carmen, who will share with you all the traditional secrets of the cuisine (simultaneously translated by a professional interpreter). At the end of the lesson, you will enjoy your dishes in your instructor's hospitable dining room. This will be a hands-on lesson dedicated to an appetizer, a pasta dish, a fish or meat second course, a side dish, and a dessert. You will be able to indicate a preference on the menu from a number of selected options.
