Scenic Carlsbad Bike Tour with Lunch

Departing at 9am, you'll have two bike routes to choose from. The first is the Del Mar Race Track Tour, which goes through Carlsbad State Beach and South Carlsbad State Beach, alongside Agua Hedionda Lagoon, where you’ll experience the first climb as you head to South Ponto Beach alongside Batiquitos Lagoon. Soon thereafter you will come to the surf town of Encinitas, where you’ll find the famous Swamis reef surf spot. Cardiff-By-The-Sea and Solana Beach are the next seaside towns as you approach the 15-mile turnaround at Del Mar Racetrack and Fairgrounds. The bike ride is fairly flat and few inclines.

The second tour option takes you through Carlsbad and Leucadia with a turnaround near Cardiff-by-the-Sea. Lunch is included with both options.
