Golden Gate Park Bike Tour & Alcatraz Tour Package

The Alcatraz Package is a two­ day, two­ tour package containing on day one a guided bike tour and on day two an official round trip ticket to Alcatraz island. The booking date will be the date guests visit Alcatraz. The day before will be auto­booked for the bike tour. On day one, guests will enjoy a 2­3 hour, 6 ­mile-tour of San Francisco’s Golden Gate park. Inside the 1000+ acre park, the opportunities are endless. Riders will see the Conservatory of Flowers, Arboretum/ Botanical Gardens, Shakespeare Garden and Japanese Tea Gardens. Circling around Stow Lake, viewing Strawberry Hill. Later out on the beach, you will see the oceanfront bikepath and sweeping sand dunes that shore up the city. Heading back, you'll pass the Bisonpaddock, Spreckels Lake and more. At the tour's end, riders can visit thr closest neighbors, California Academy of Sciences and the DeYoung – two world class museums.
On day two, experience a visit to the Alcatraz island with its the official concessionaire, Alcatraz Cruises. Departing from Pier 33, the boat to Alcatraz serves as a bay cruise and upon arrival to the island guests will be outfitted with an audio headset for self­guided touring. Hear all the infamous stories on the 2.5­ hour award winning cell house audio tour while you walk in the prison that notorious mobsters and criminals alike, from Al Capone, to “Birdman” Robert Stroud, once called home.
