We missed our tour and viator worked with us. We went on a Sunday and it was an unforgettable experience. Very cold, so wear sweater, jacket, and scarf or all three! I get cold easily so I wore all 3. Have a backup with water and to put sweaters in once you arrive to Sausalito. It's not cold there.
The bike was in good working order and staff at the shop were friendly and informative
Excellent, very professional and courteous!!
