Stop At: Corso Dairy Farm Tour, Alajuela Province, Alajuela, Costa Rica

First stop will be at Corso Lecheria where the local guides and a tractor will await for you to discover the real costa rican farming life:pastures, cloud forest, volcano views along with the hands-on activities such as milking the cows or collecting strawberries will provide you with a unique experience. Preparing our own tortillas and a delicious typical lunch are the perfect ending for our first stop.

Stop At: Hacienda Alsacia Starbucks Coffee Farm, Waze Address: Visitors Center - Starbucks On route 712 on the way to the Poas volcano, Alajuela 20101 Costa Rica

For your second stop, we welcome you to Hacienda Alsacia, Starbucks first and only coffee farm in the world. Before coffee comes from a barista, it comes from a tree, a farm, a community and a culture. Experience coffee hands-on from seed to cup, including a working tree nursery, wet mill, drying patio, and roaster. See firsthand the work being done to partner with local farmers, promote sustainable practices, and develop the next generation of coffee in Costa Rica and around the globe. Your experience ends with a coffee tasting led by a Coffee Master while enjoying a breathtaking view of a natural waterfall and lush coffee fields.

Finally we will stop at Souvenir Museum, for an authentic experience with Costa Rican crafts. During this guided visit you will be taken through the definition of craftsmanship, its characteristics and classification, to the understanding of authenticity, using live examples in Souvenir Museum. Through this unique cultural tour, you will take valuable tools that you can apply to choose authentic handicraft in any country where you are. It is a revealing learning experience about the Costa Rican culture and its talented people.
