Experience Costa Rica’s natural beauty on the Nature Exploration Tour Plus where you will take a walk through the rainforest, accompanied by a naturalist guide who will explain the most important facts about the surrounding landscape.

Appreciate the heart of the rainforest and the abundance of plants and animals from the trails offering a first-hand experience of the forest ecosystem. Keep your camera to hand and your eyes peeled as you look out for resident wildlife, making stops along the way so that you can get some great pictures of the rainforest. The Bocaraca trail is paved; perfect for a 45 minute stroll for all the family, as you walk approximately 0.5 miles along an easy trail.

Visit the butterfly and frog garden and see unique frogs and beautiful butterflies in a carefully controlled environment of 200 square meters, which contains dozens of exotic and tropical species for you to see. Marvel at the hummingbird garden; these tiny but magical birds will fill your experience with beauty and colorful sparks. Of the 338 known species, roughly 50 hummingbird species live or breed in Costa Rica’s tropical lowlands and cool cloud forests.

Enter the Orchid Garden, where you can learn more about these special plants and see a wide range from the cosmopolitan orchid family which is present in every continent and consists of 30.000 species.
