Pilates Mat Classes are a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and crea tes long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

Based on the principles of Yin and Yang and the 5 elements, bodyart training creates a dynamic between activity and passivity, tension and releasing. It effects and balances each participant in its individual needs while experiencing a tough but energizing barefoot training. bodyart training has been awarded Best International Concept by ECA OBOW awards in New York.
Yoga class is calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Asanas are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience, especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries.

Doing a Pilates class early in morning with Laura outdoors was a wonderful experience. I hadn't done Pilates for a couple of years and this has really encouraged me to take it up regularly again. Highly recommended.
