Estancia El Cuadro Winery Tour from Santiago Including Carriage Ride and Folkloric Show

Arrive at the manicured estate of Estancia El Cuadro, spanning nearly 5 acres (2 hectares), and pass by a glittering pond with a fountain and a bridge, with walking trails spread throughout the property. Begin your tour with a 25-minute horse-drawn carriage ride showing you the grounds, and learn what makes the viticulture in Casablanca Valley stand out from other wine regions.

Next, go for a tasting of some of these sought-after wines. Sample two wines, one red (cabernet, carménère or syrah) and a white (chardonnay or sauvignon blanc), paired with cheese and dried fruit. Then stroll through the on-site Wine Museum, the first of its kind in Casablanca Valley, and learn from your guide about the history of Chile’s vinification dating back to the 1900s.

Change up the pace and watch a folkloric show with huasos, the Chilean version of Argentina's gauchos, skilled horsemen and masters of the rodeo who bring some of Chile’s traditions and music to life.

Afterward, head to the terrace for an aperitif and a three-course lunch, which comes with unlimited beverages and wine. As you dig into the gourmet meal featuring Chilean cuisine, soak up spectacular views of the vineyard and the coastal mountains.
