There are no words to express how enriching and rewarding this tour is. Ishmael, my guide, was intelligent, interesting, personable, and highly knowledgeable. His love of history and Chilean culture added to the passion he brought to guiding me through the places that still highlight the painful past of Pinochet Regime of terror. This tour is a must to anyone who is serious about learning this dark chapter in Chilean history. It is an amazingly insightful, thought provoking, and at times very moving tour. Ishmael is a superb guide and I feel privileged to have taken his tour. I highly recommend this tour to all teachers, students, historians, and anyone who wants to experience an educational and interesting day. In fact, everyone should take this tour! Thank you, Ishmael. What I learnt from you I will pass on to my students and friends.
