Markets Visit & Cooking Class - Traditional Chilean Cuisine

Cook authentic Chilean dishes in an informal and friendly environment where you will learn the passion of the Chilean cuisine and have fun doing it. All cooking classes are hands-on, using the freshest of local ingredients.

We offer semi-private classes 100% English in small group from 2 to 12 people, an appropriate size to enjoy and learn.

We meet at 09:00 AM savoring the morning, at the Mercado Central, and we continue then to La Vega Central, the popular fruit and vegetable market and the perfect place to discover new flavors.

After buying what we need, we will take public transportation to our cooking workshop located in the beautiful Barrio Italia where our chef-instructor will guide you through the preparation of simple but delicious Chilean recipes and reveal some of his culinary secrets.

Following the class our guests will enjoy a feast of Chilean dishes complemented by excellent Chilean Wines we specially choose for to pair with the menu prepared at the class.
