Experience this with our off-road tour and learn everything about the island’s local Greek culture. Your day starts when we pick you up from one of the designated collection points which will be either, your hotel, a point near your hotel or a point near Santorini cruise port.

After pickups your adventure route starts when we reach the Profitis Ilias monastery. Situated 567 meters above sea level, mount Profitis Ilias is the highest of all the mountains on Santorini and will offer you a panoramic view to the whole of the island, where you can take some of the most amazing pictures. Our tour continues following a route to our second stop the Ventsanos Winery. Here for approximately one hour, you will discover the art of winemaking Santorini style, enjoy a tour of the winery and a tasting experience. The winery's unique location provides us with the best panoramic view of the Caldera to enjoy the high quality of wines and their service. Next, we head to the village of Akrotiri to visit the Lighthouse; from there you will be able to admire the geological formation of Santorini. Continuing our route off the main tourist trail you will discover the hidden beauty of Santorini. Safari Adventures English speaking drivers will be on hand to make this a memorable day. Passing through the red and black beach via some local villages we reach the most traditional village of Santorini Pyrgos, well known for its unique individual paths and of course the Venetian Castle. In Pyrgos our lunch stop also takes place in a local tavern giving us the opportunity to taste the authentic Greek cuisine and the local wines.

Closing our day, we will return you to your hotel via a asphalt route, full of memories of the authentic Santorinian way of life, its islanders their history, religion and agriculture.
