• The picturesque village of Oia
• The famous blue dome church at Firostefani
• “Profitis Ilias”, Santorini’s highest point
• Local wine tasting in a traditional winery
• The volcanic beach of PerissaItinerary
We start our tour by picking you up from the location of your preference.
Our First destination is the picturesque settlement of Oia.
Driving to Oia is by itself a unique experience as the road taking us there is surrounded by cliffs and seascapes. Oia is located on the northern tip of the island, high on the ridge of a cliff, and has the best views of the island. In the village you can shop or walk around to discover the typical architecture of Santorini with its characteristic white houses dug into the volcanic soil.
Next stop is Firostefani, a small village north of Fira. Here we find the most visited church of the island, the one with the famous blue dome. From Firostefani you can enjoy the spectacular views of the volcano, the caldera and Fira.
We continue with our visit to "Profitis Ilias".
This is the highest spot of the island (567 meters), located between Pyrgos and Kamari. The mountain took its name from the monastery of Profitis Ilias (Prophet Elijah) that is built right on its peak. This vantage point offers you a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire island, from the patchwork agricultural plains to the hilltop village of Oia.
Next, we visit a local winery for some wine tasting.
Santorini is an island with a long wine-making tradition. The volcanic soil and the special climate of Santorini give the local wine a unique taste, which has made it famous worldwide. Vinsanto, Nychteri and Mezzo are just some of the local varieties, which can be found not only in many restaurants on the island, but also in various cellars around the world. Most wineries in Santorini are located in the central and southern part of the island, in the villages of Mesa and Exo Gonia, Megalochori and Messaria.
Our last destination is the volcanic black beach of Perissa.
The impressive combination of black lava sand and crystal blue waters makes it one of the most popular beaches in Santorini. The beach is fully organized with sun umbrellas, several beach bars, taverns and sea sport facilities.
Our tour concludes at the drop off point of your preference.

This is the best way to see Santorini. Both the driver and our guide were well informed, welcoming, and had a active desire to make us all happy. Our driver was amazing with the narrow roads and sharp turns. Our guide was waiting for us early at the cable car and walked us to the van. Which was very comfortable. Everything was as we were told it would be and even better. The is no other way to see Santorini.
The Coach and driver were excellent. Driver surprised us with refreshments on an Overlook that was lovely. We gave our Guide our desired sights and she asked us to include a stop at a vineyard. That stop was interesting but took up too much time. We then had to pay for an extended hour to be able to see other sights, which were hurried.
