Initially a kibbutz established after WW2, it is located at the edge of the Judean hills and commands a panoramic view of the Judean foothills.

Reputed to be the one of the largest collection building models in the world. With the exception of one or two models all are built to a scale of 1:25. The collection is made up of iconic historical & present day buildings in Israel.

An ancient Tel located on a main thoroughfare from the Judean foothills to the Judean hills. As a consequence of its strategic location it has been a battleground from biblical times to the 1948 War of Independence. All have left their archaeological footprint.

A mixed Arab & Jewish city, & the only town built by the Arabs during their occupation of the Holyland. In addition to the Great Mosque & the Tower of 40 it is home to a much revered market which also houses a variety of resturants specializing in local foods.
