The female tour leader spoke in a sing-songy voice that seemed too rehearsed, as though the customers were 3rd graders. The driver came in on her cues as though he was reading a script. Very off-putting. Spoiled the tour for four of us. I therefore cannot recommend this tour.
This tour was the best money that we spent. Our driver who was very funny and had great knowledge of the area made the time of the tour fly by and made it so worth it. My wife and I highly recommend this tour.
We could never get confirmation. You did not send information to tour guide. We had to drive from Sun City to Sedona 2 hours earlier than expected to try and get it straightened out. I had to walk up and down the street trying to find the tour company office. It finally was straight. The tour was late about 30-35 mins. there wasn't anywhere to sit. My wife is in a wheelchair. One of the men said he would keep the wheelchair and be there waiting. He was not. A man called and called. The tour wanted to leave on another trip and my wife was waiting for her wheelchair. The other visitors were getting agitated at us and wanted to be on their way. We were not happy. We finally got her wheelchair and we're too hot that we left Sedona too early and without fond memories.
Nice tour. Informative. At times hard to hear. Traffic! Noisy little kids, parents let them carry on! Not your fault!
We had a great tour with Alex as our guide. He was very informative and humorous as well.
