This is by far the best way to de the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and the other amazing stops on the way. Would recommend this tour to anyone. And our guide TY was the best!
Full day of amazing sights hosted by a wonderful guide, Andrea. We were lucky to have her and appreciate everything she did to ensure an amazing experience.
It was much nicer riding a bus on a cold, snowy day. We were fortunate seeing the canyon west of the lodge, which I'd never seen before. I'd previously only seen the outlooks east of the lodge on the south rim.
The driver was very knowledgeable BUT drove entirely TOO FAST. I will never take a Viator tour again.
The Grand Canyon appears to be incredibly beautiful. It is really hard to fathom it's beauty and vast size. Unfortunately I don't feel we were able to spend enough time here - a couple of quick stops, enough to grab photos but I felt it wasn't long enough to take it all in and feel it all. Definitely requires more than 1.5-2.5 hours - that is not long enough at all!! The stop at Wupatki national monument was great. A very quiet and peaceful site. Again, it would've been nice to spend more than half hour here. Our guide Mark stopped at the sunset canyon Lava overflow area, which was very cool! On our return he showed us Kendrick Park - this area was gorgeous. The air was fresh and clean and crisp. Divine. The included lunch at Cameron's Trading Post was decent too. I thought the prices in the store were quite expensive. Restrooms very clean.
